Jeanie has served as Director of External Affairs at Essence Prep Public School, Director of Policy for the City of San Antonio’s District 2 Council Office, and Director of Academic Affairs for University of Phoenix campuses in San Antonio and Killeen—leading initiatives that improved access, integrity, and institutional alignment.

As a sought-after contractor, she has worked with organizations like Futuro San Antonio, the Texas Public Charter Schools Association (TPCSA) and the School Discovery Network (SDN) to drive grassroots organizing, legislative strategy, and family empowerment. 

Jeanie holds a Doctor of Business Administration, MBA, and Bachelor of Science. She is known for building bridges across systems, stakeholders, and communities—turning bold ideas into measurable outcomes that uplift families and advance educational justice.
