Ruben De Los Santos was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley on the border of Texas and Mexico. A first generation American, Ruben is passionate about all students having access to a high-quality public education no matter their social or economic background. Ruben understands the power of community and the parent voice and has worked with families across Texas to advocate for public education and our communities. Ruben is a Texas Ex and an alum of a Texas public charter school.
